Q. What are twisters/ponytail wraps made out of? A. They are brass with a 14k gold or sterling silver overlay. The colored wraps are coated in a colored enamel. Everything is lead-free to support your health and our environment. Q. What size pony tail wrap should I buy for my hair? A. Large wraps are for very thick hair. Most people with normal range hair thickness would do best with a medium size wrap. People with very thin hair or plan on doing “pig-tails” should order our small wrap. Q. What length pony tail wrap should I buy for my hair? A. We offer 3”, 6” and 12” wraps. If you have shoulder length hair or shorter, go with our 3” wrap. If your hair reaches your shoulder blades, buy our 6” wrap. For longer hair lengths, go with the 12” wrap. Q. What size hair twister should I buy? A. All of our hair twisters are meant to hold a lock of the hair. As such they are all the same diameter. As for length, you can choose between our 2”, 4”, and 6” twisters. 2” is for very short or layered hair. Our most popular size is our 4” twister which works for many hair lengths. If you have longer hair to decorate, order our 6” twister.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our customers. We will refund or replace any product anytime due to manufacturers defect. If the product you ordered is the wrong size, feel free to contact us and ship it back and we will ship you a size more suited for your hair for free excluding cost of shipping. Q. Please allow 2 business days to process the order. We will ship the orders as soon as possible, but due to busy times of the year please allow two weeks to receive your order. Q.
